It’s About Rattling Time E.L.F. Launched Bronzing Drops

When I began working at Allure in 2018, I used to be immediately dubbed because the resident self-tanner guinea pig. That’s because I like to be tan. I’m all the time the editor everyone turns to check and review latest products within the self-tanning category. However, there’s only one, quite big, problem; I’m not good at self-tanning. The application process is all the time a streaky mess and the colour never finally ends up because the golden bronze I desire. So today, I keep it easy with bronzing drops, a.k.a. the fashionable technique to glow without the commitment—or mess—of a self-tanner.

Over the last couple of months, there was an influx of bronzing drops, which is a light-weight, liquid bronzer that you would be able to either add to your favorite moisturizer, serum, or foundation, to hit the market. The pigmented drops temporarily boost the heat and glow of your natural complexion, says Florida-based makeup artist Allison Kaye. The drops might be worn alone as well, but just consider that lots of the current market options are formulated with shimmer, so don’t go too heavy otherwise you’ll appear like the Tin (Bronze) Man.

Following the success of Drunk Elephant’s original D-Bronzi Anti-Pollution Sunshine Drops, Glow Recipe joined the ranks with its latest Watermelon Glow Niacinamide Hue Drops Sun Glow Serum, and now, everyone’s favorite drugstore brand, e.l.f. Cosmetics, just dropped a version of its own, aptly named, Bronzing Drops.

The highly-anticipated e.l.f. Bronzing Drops are available in three shades, Rose Gold, Pure Gold, and Copper Gold, and retail for $12 each. These usually are not only a number of the more cost-effective ones available in the market, but one of the inclusive options on the market, as most bronzing drops only are available in one “universal” shade.

The e.l.f. Bronzing Drops are way greater than just pretty pigment. The formula is made with vitamin E, which based on, Loretta Ciraldo, MD, a Miami-based board-certified dermatologist, is a really hydrating molecule since it really works as each a humectant (to soak up water into the skin) and an emollient (to trap water within the skin). Along with that, the Bronzing Drops ingredient list is loaded with oils like sunflower, marula, and raspberry seed to nourish and moisturize the skin with wear.
