Developer Two Trees has teamed up with pre-eminent luxury fitness brand Equinox to launch a 42,000 square-foot gym and health club at the previous refinery on the Williamsburg waterfront, Realty Check has learned.
The Refinery is the centerpiece of developer Two Trees’ 11-acre complex with apartments, offices, stores and a well-liked park.

Equinox is the primary signed lease on the constructing.
The club is to open in the autumn of 2024.
It will doubtless draw the Domino complex’s 1000’s of residents in addition to employees of firms Two Trees hopes to lure to the Refinery’s 460,000 square feet of offices.
