Fox News anchor Bret Baier lists Palm Beach home he bought only a 12 months ago

Fox News anchor Bret Baier is emptying his home in Palm Beach, Florida only one 12 months after buying it.

The TV personality also hopes for a giant profit, in line with Realtor.com.

Initially, Baier and his wife, Amy Baier, spent $12 million on a three-bedroom, five-bathroom property positioned 5 minutes from Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago.

The waterfront-less house hit the marketplace for $16.5 million earlier this month.

Occupying over 4,100 square feet, the Baiers purchased the house from fashion mogul Tommy Hilfiger in March 2022.

Located outside the gates of the Palm Beach Country Club, features include high ceilings, marble floors and French doors throughout.

The entrance hall results in a representative front room with a hearth. The gourmet kitchen/diner is supplied with top-of-the-range appliances and is open to the living/dining area as stated in the outline.

On the second level there may be a main bedroom, a further attic/family/bonus room and a big open terrace.

Outdoor amenities include a covered loggia, swimming pool, built-in BBQ and landscaped area.

Newly inbuilt 2021, the home, which previously stood on the lot, cost only $2.3 million.

The exponential rise in prices is a telltale sign of how the Florida real estate market has exploded lately.

Miami, for instance, topped even New York for the least reasonably priced housing market after the pandemic boom.

In June 2020, Baier put his Washington, D.C. mansion up on the market for $7.9 million. The stately five-bedroom home was sold a 12 months later for $6.5 million.
