A generation will recommend your works to generations and tell of your mighty deeds.
In those days, when our family used to fulfill at my husband’s grandparents’ house, his grandfather would sit at the top of the table and suddenly start singing. I can still picture him singing “Victory in Jesus, my Savior without end”, inviting everyone on the table to affix in. It is a picture of him that I’ll always remember.
As one generation commends the mighty works of the Lord to the following, the messages from belief, hope and love are passed on. I can not consider a simpler way for grandparents to depart their mark on their prolonged families.
Let’s be so inspired by the Lord’s wonderful works that we will not help but proclaim them!
