Numerous reports have confirmed that Lauren Sánchez is now engaged to Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos. The pair have been dating since 2019, but Bezos, 59, apparently popped the query over the weekend because the two vacationed aboard his $500 million yacht in Cannes.
Gossip column page six was the primary to interrupt the news after Sanchez, 53, was photographed wearing a large 20-carat diamond ring on her finger, estimated to cost around $2 million.

The pair were spotted together Saturday night on the premiere of Martin Scorcese’s upcoming film. Flower Moon Killers, and the subsequent day on Bezos’ massive yacht Koru, which implies loop in Maori. There can be a picket sculpture of Sánchez on the yacht on the bow.
Who is Lauren Sanchez?
Bezos’ future fiancée is an Emmy Award-winning journalist and former host of Good Day LA on Fox 11. Sánchez can be a licensed pilot. In 2016, she founded Black Ops Aviation, the primary aerial film and production company to be owned and operated by a girl.
While the origin of her relationship with Bezos will not be entirely clear, it is alleged that they first met in 2016 at a celebration for Amazon Studios for the movie Manchester by the Sea. Amazon without obligation.
A number of years later, Bezos hired Sánchez’s production company to shoot footage for his space company Blue Origin. The couple began quietly dating while Bezos finalized his divorce from his first wife of 25 years, MacKenzie Scott.
Sánchez has been married twice. Her first husband was NFL player Tony Gonzales. Her second husband was Hollywood agent Patrick Whitesell.
According to Wall Street Journal, Sánchez helped Bezos overcome his fear of flying – stemming from a 2003 helicopter crash. Last 12 months, she told CNN she desired to follow in her future husband’s footsteps and go into space with an all-female crew later this 12 months.

A shared passion for the environment
Aside from launching into space, Bezos and Sánchez share common interests combating climate change. Sánchez serves as Vice-President for Bezos Land Fund, which has committed $10 billion over ten years, or about 8% of Bezos’s net price, to be “disbursed as climate and nature grants over the course of the present decade.” Bezos promised too donate most of your fortune to combat climate change.
Although the couple didn’t talk much publicly about their relationship, Sánchez praised Bezos on her Instagram profile, writing: “You showed me that great love will not be fought bravely. Thank you for at all times being there for me and for being essentially the most loving and supportive partner.”
