Planet Financial Group has launched a loan service department focused on the business loan market.
Planet’s latest division will provide a wide selection of tools and services, including automated payment processing, detailed asset and financial tracking, investor reporting, deposit administration, collateral tracking, arrears and collections management, imaging and report writing. The business services division will probably be co-led by Executive Vice President James DePalma and Senior Vice President Janina Woods.
