On a modest street outside Greenville, North Carolina, Jimmy Donaldson – referred to as MrBeast – is quietly buying up a neighborhood for himself, his family and employees, reports The Post.
Over the past few years, the 25-year-old, who has made a reputation for himself through philanthropic activism and YouTube sensational videos, has bought five modest and separate homes within the neighborhood he grew up in, clustered around a cul-de-sac. bag.
With a complete net value of $54 million and greater than 40 billion views of his videos combined, these homes don’t exactly scream luxury living.
Instead, when Donaldson doesn’t organize stunts, pranks, huge money gifts, and most recently helping the deaf hearhe lives like a median American – away from Hollywood glam.
Donaldson bought his own house when it went up on the market – and what can be his first on the road – in 2018 for about $320,000, in accordance with data obtained by The Post.
This two-story, nearly 3,000-square-foot home features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
The kitchen has recent granite countertops, a breakfast bar, a breakfast room and a pantry. The family room has a gas fireplace.
On the identical level is the main bedroom, whose bathroom has a double vanity, spa bath and shower.
On the second level there are three additional bedrooms, a laundry room and an additional room.
Amenities include a screened back porch, patio, basketball court and separate storage constructing.
Donaldson then began slowly buying up the remaining surrounding homes for his family and employees – paying greater than usual for each. (Exception: the second property he bought there in 2020 for $263,000.)
The remaining houses weren’t on the market and were purchased off the market.

Other neighbors had their reasons for selling to Donaldson.
“Some people have been there for some time. Some people, like one neighbor, have been there for perhaps a yr,” Bowden said. “My round the corner neighbor grew up round the corner and her parents moved to the beach. They only moved up the road. They just moved to a different house.”
Bowden explained how Donaldson had informed him of his plans to maneuver employees and family into each of the homes.
And when Donaldson will not be home or traveling, his representative told The Post, the web star lives in his studio – where all of the magic happens.
