Tommy Lee’s hillside Calabasas mansion finally sells at a loss

This mansion finally created enough buzz to get a buyer.

Tommy Lee’s spectacular hillside home in Calabasas finally sold for $3.6 million on Friday after drummer Motley Crue struggled to dump the property for a few years.

But the closing price didn’t even make a profit for Lee, who bought the home in 2007 for $5.85 million.

“The latest owner intends to use the property’s full potential in contemporary attractions with unparalleled bespoke mastery,” real estate agent Emily Hartoonian told The Post.

The nearly 10,000-square-foot hideaway is a six-bed, eight-bathroom luxury retreat with expansive city views, a “spacious chef’s kitchen,” a swimming pool, and even knowledgeable recording studio suitable for “imagination, creativity and inspiration,” in response to list.

Lee, the ex-husband of model and actress Pamela Anderson, attempted to sell the property in 2016 for nearly $6 million and has since repeatedly removed and relisted the property on the market.

In October, the exchange asked for $4.59 million.
