Ephesians 4:31-32; “Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be taken away from you together with all malice. Be good and type to 1 one other, forgiving each other as God in Christ has forgiven you.
Kindness is something we predict we owe to other people, but sometimes we forget that we should always also show kindness to our household members. In a wedding, being kind even within the little things means lots.
Gentlemen, don’t forget about good manners and treat your wife as your queen. Ladies, keep in mind that his house is his castle and deserves respect.
Doing something small to encourage your husband or wife, to bring a smile to their face, to make their day special will fill your heart with affection and praise for God for bringing the 2 of you closer. Kindness is the ointment that opens each of you to being vulnerable.
8. Be united
If you might have children, make sure you present a united front. Recent statistics tell us that 57 percent of married couples are childless. But for the remaining 43 percent, each parents must stand together, united in setting family rules and adhering to them.
However, always remember that you just had a spouse before the youngsters, and that relationship must proceed to develop.
Being united also includes the stuff you stand for as a pair. Although you’ll have different gifts and opinions, God uses extraordinary marriages as a united front for His purposes and glory. Evaluate what you each value most and where your gifts are, then with all of your heart, together in spirit, do your ministry.
