Step 5: Release again (if crucial).

If you let go of something that happened or some distraction in your life, it is probably not over.

Life shouldn’t be all the time so neat. The problem or distraction may reappear.

I’ve found that every time I let go of something, it comes less and fewer and has less power over me.
