Resident Evil 4 Remake datamine uncovers Ada Wong DLC

We already know that the Mercenaries DLC shall be coming to Resident Evil 4, but as Capcom’s horror continues to climb up the Steam charts, the brand new database apparently provides a solution to the query: “is Separate Ways in Resident Evil 4 Remake? This isn’t any guarantee, but there may be evidence to suggest that an Ada Wong-led campaign and recent RE4 content could also be on the best way.

As noted in our Resident Evil 4 review, that is top-of-the-line RE games of all time. Nevertheless, fans could also be concerned that – similar to the 2020 Resident Evil 3 remake – RE4 currently lacks additional modes that complemented the unique.

Capcom has already confirmed that The Mercenaries DLC shall be available without cost in Resident Evil 4 Remake on April 7. But what about Separate Ways, which re-tells the complete game from Ada’s perspective?

Discovered by a user named “Gosetsu” on the Resident Evil Wiki Discord server and shared by the Resident Evil Central RE fan account, files within the PC version of RE4 appear to suggest that Separate Ways will eventually appear in Resident Evil 4 Remake.

The file in query, present in RE4, known as “Another Order” – “Another Order” is the Japanese name for Separate Ways, possibly referring to Ada’s later campaign.

One thing I noticed – in the unique RE4, when Salazar transforms into his giant boss fight form, he takes over the second Verdugo creature and together they turn into one single monster. In the remake, when Salazar transforms, the opposite Verdugo is nowhere to be seen. Perhaps this time it should be a separate boss encounter for Ada.

While we wait for Separate Ways, be sure that you’ve your best Resident Evil 4 weapons. You’ll also need all of the Resident Evil 4 Remake blue medallion locations and all of the Resident Evil 4 unlockables, as there are many them.
