SL Green’s massive One Madison Avenue redevelopment has gained one other tenant. Global cybersecurity firm Palo Alto Networks occupied 28,903 square feet across 26p floor.
The deal puts the 1.4 million square foot tower at 59 percent occupancy. It is as a result of end in October, five weeks ahead of the unique schedule.
IBM and Franklin Templeton had previously applied for the tower. The complex project added over 500,000 square feet of recent construction to the unique structure.
