Trust us. We understand. Someone is talking about you behind your back or lying to your face. It drives you crazy. You need to talk, but you do not necessarily want to present everyone all the small print. So there is a passive-aggressive post on Facebook that you just hope the person will see.
Maybe they are going to, possibly they will not. Anyway, that is not what Jesus meant when he said we approach the person privately to debate the difficulty (Matthew 18:15-18). More than likely you made your innocent friends feel that they might They they were those who hurt you not directly but they do not understand how. Now they’re paranoid.
If it’s essential to talk, do it to someone you personally trust in order that they can carry your burden (Galatians 6:2). Please don’t post this vague status update.
