This Michigan compound comes with a bunker fit to face up to doomsday

If HBO’s The Last of Us worries you that a pandemic-related zombie apocalypse feels a bit too real, here’s a listing that seems excellent to face up to that level of dystopia.

An enormous 323-acre complex in Michigan is now up on the market for $6 million, The Post has learned.

Featuring a 13,500-square-foot mansion, two private lakes, a greenhouse, and – most significantly – a 5,000-square-foot bunker, the house was initially listed for $7 million.

The property also has three other homes, including a caretaker’s ranch, a cedar mansion surrounding a lake, and a stone cottage.

Samantha Reiss and Catherine Menichino of Compass are listed together with Mary Noneman of Five Star Real Estate.

More than $10 million has been earmarked for development, in line with stock agents, who add that it will mean the brand new deal is relative.

Agents indicate that land developers are set to open a $1 billion Ford factory resulting from open in 2026 in Marshall, Michigan – five minutes from the complex.

“Get ready for the element of resistance, essentially the most unique experience while you enter a 5,000 square foot bunker offering the whole lot you can possibly need or desire for an off-grid life,” the letter reads.

The bunker features an elevated patch with growing lights to grow food, a soundproof shooting gallery, two kitchens, as much as 4 bedrooms, three bathrooms and two hidden entrances and exits.

Built at a depth of 30 feet, it connects to the foremost house.
